Important Reminders:

For Check Payments, ensure that the check is payable to the Name of Fund chosen.
For investments in Dollar Mutual Funds, U.S. Dollar Cash may be accepted, however, please provide photocopy of notes or list of its serial numbers
For investments in Peso Mutual Funds, investments should be deposited directly to the respective bank accounts of the Mutual Fund Company.
